"We are on strike, we the men of the mind. We are on strike against self-immolation. We are on strike against the creed of unearned rewards and unrewarded duties."-John Galt

And now the White House will attack you directly.

Now, for our most ludicrous item of the day: Time magazine reports that the White House will no longer sit on the sidelines and let Fox News, pundits or basically anyone with a negative opinion of this Administration or it's policies express themselves without retaliating with an attack of their own.
All the criticism, both fair and misleading, took a toll, regularly knocking the White House off message. So a new White House strategy has emerged: rather than just giving reporters ammunition to "fact-check" Obama's many critics, the White House decided it would become a player, issuing biting attacks on those pundits, politicians and outlets that make what the White House believes to be misleading or simply false claims, like the assertion that health-care reform would establish new "sex clinics" in schools. Obama, fresh from his vacation on Martha's Vineyard, cheered on the effort, telling his aides he wanted to "call 'em out."

So our President and his staff are so full of themselves that they cannot take a little heat. However, they find it perfectly acceptable for former Presidents to say most of the population is racists or Janeane Garofalo to surmise that "teabaggers" are racist rednecks and for Rachel Maddow call people Nazi's.
For the first time in history our very own President will argue facts with the people. As many times as his "facts" have been proven to be lies, I'm confident this will be interesting.

  1. Here is my comment to President Obama:
"Sir, you won the Presidency. I certainly didn't vote for you and I think you're showing just how inadequate you are for this positionin issuing such inane decrees. As President, you have more important things to do like say, visit with your Generals who are on the ground in Afghanistan, than to worry about my opinion. Which, last time I checked, I was fully capable of having, as a responsible, informed adult.
So, let's say you put that gumption to work PROVING me wrong, rather than engaging me. It's in writing, right here, that I'll issue my apology in regard to my opinions once you do your part in the aforesaid."
