Amazon offering "How-to" Pedophilia book for the Kindle.

Pedophiles around the world can now download an electronic book to appeal "to the better nature of pedosexuals, with hope that their doing so will result in less hatred and perhaps liter [sic] sentences should they ever be caught." The e-book named "The Pedophile's Guide to Love and Pleasure: A Child-Lover's Code of Conduct" is available for $4.79 for your Kindle thru Amazon.

When questioned about the book and calls for a boycott against Amazon began, Amazon released the following statement:
"Amazon does not support or promote hatred or criminal acts, however, we do support the right of every individual to make their own purchasing decisions," the Seattle-based company said in a statement released to TechCrunch and other blogs.
Apparently they also want to be sure to support the rights of pedophiles to have a book on how to have relations with children. It is disgusting to find information, by a medium that already preys on innocent children, how to have a "proper" and less horrific relationship available. For Amazon to distribute this information, on a criminal act-illegal in EVERY state-should be a crime in itself. While I have no tolerance for censorship or thought police, to me this would be like publishing a manual on how to effectively rob a bank. It seems if the act is illegal, the publishing of a manual should not be allowed.

It would seem right before the holiday shopping season is to start, this is a very poor move by a retail giant like Amazon. There is no doubt this decision will have repercussions.

  1. It's an unbelievable shame. I'm calling for an all-out ban of Amazon on my blog. Let's get together and stop this travesty.

  2. Amazon has now, and forever, lost my business.

  3. I spent much time trying to contact Amazon via Fax. That did not work. However, emailing them brought instant response the next day after I read this book was for sale. Spoke with a "young" customer service rep who then transferred me to Kindle (e-book) division which was selling the e-book. This "young" fella could not tell me HOW a book like this or any book is "reviewed or previewed" for sale by Amazon. He only state, "This book has been removed from Amazon".
