Kathleen Sebelius admits the "Doc fix" was double counted when applied to the HealthControl take over.

I'm sorry folks but I'm sure it's basic accounting to realize that you cannot count savings twice and be taken seriously. Interesting they are just now getting around to questioning this (when I questioned it a year ago) and that no one in the media is reporting it.
