I know you will be shocked to hear the two trillion dollars in benefits and army of new jobs from Clean Air Act regulations that will kick in in 2014 are vaporware. That's right, all those "benefits" and awesome Green Jobs we were going to get from them were based entirely on polling individuals on how much they’d be willing to pay to reduce risks in general, mostly using estimates from studies of occupational risks unrelated to air pollution.
