Broadcasting LIVE now: The Patriot Enclave with Michelle Moore

The Patriot Enclave-show notes: 9-29

(AUDIO) Eva Longoria thinks the President is getting a raw deal from America. She also thinks the Tea Party movement is dangerous and extreme.

(AUDIO) Herman Cain says blacks have been brain-washed into supporting Democrats. I agree. What have Democrats actually done to improve the black community over all these years?

(AUDIO) North Carolina Democratic Gov. Beverly Perdue recommends suspending congressional elections for the next couple of years. Uh, what the heck is she talking about. Basically we should suspend elections so Democrats can force more unwanted legislation down our throats? Yeah, how about not.

(AUDIO) Chuck Woolery is at it again. This time he has a great way to raise some more revenue for our country so we can just keep on spending.

(AUDIO) Ex-AMEX CEO Harvey Golub says two very interesting things in an interview with Laura Ingraham-First, he cant understand the economic policy making of this Administration. He says his grandson understands capitalism and economics better than the Obama Administration. Later he says that the truth of the matter (on the Buffett tax rule) is those guys would rather spend the money themselves and make more money than give it to the government so he isn't sure what the motivation is.

(AUDIO) Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee says to bloggers "stop playing racial politics" and then proceeds to play racial politics.

The SCOTUS will hear the healthcare law case. The Obama Administration, the National Federation of Independent Business and 26 state attorneys general have all asked the Supreme Court to hear the case.

We had racist cupcake sales at the university of berkley in CA

Then we’ve had the #OccupyWallStreet protests going on in New York City......ugh. Go back to your mothers basement. Susan Sorandon, Michael Moore and Professor Cornel West came to lend their support.

Bill Clinton "No example of a country that has succeeded with the Tea Party philosophy"

Except America for over 230 years........
You know, there’s not a single solitary example on the planet, not one, of a country that is successful because the economy has triumphed over the government and choked it off and driven the tax rates to zero, driven the regulations to nonexistent and abolished all government programs, except for defense, so people in my income group never have to pay a nickel to see a cow jump over the moon. There is no example of a successful country that looks like that.
Yeeeaaaahhhhh, except for the fact that not one single person with a brain in Tea Party advocates for zero taxes, zero regulation, and abolishing all government programs. Except for that he is clearly right on.

The meme of the left has consistently turned to an all or nothing juxtaposition. It seems that their only way of convincing their side that Tea Party is horrible and awful (besides all the lies they tell about us) is to paint Tea Partiers as anarchists or something worse. Mr. Clinton would have you believe that either you support out of control government growth and wild taxation OR you support absolute chaos. For him and his ilk there is no in between. To feed the poor, disillusioned base any hope at all, the leaders must lie.

To support smaller government, you know the kind the Constitution calls for, is not anything like abolishing all government programs. To demand the government live within it's means and stop this out-of-control spending is not anything like abolishing all taxes. To demand the government not regulate lightbulbs and dust is not anything like abolishing all regulation.

There is no hypocrite like the Democrat. Decry rhetoric and hyperbole, yet use it to push your agenda.

(AUDIO) The Dems want us to think we aren't spending nearly enough on domestic projects. Preposterous.

Solydra.....uh oh. First they are in bed with the White House, now they are evoking the 5th.....that cant be good.

Then the Lightsqared controversy came to light-when a General came forward and said the Administration rewrote his testimony for him to make the LS deal look better. LS wants to use satellites to create a wireless network. That's great except this technology interferes with GPS that regular citizens and military folks both use. When the General was going to testify to such:
According to a staffer on the House Armed Services Committee, Gen. Shelton stated in a classified briefing that he was “being asked to say things he did not agree with,” specifically that he was okay with a new nationwide wireless communications network and that any interference with high-precision military communications could be fixed easily.
The Presidents wants to create jobs by raising taxes on the wealthy. If you tune into MSNBC or any of those networks you would think the rich are just lining up to pay more in taxes.
(AUDIO) Ron Howard would like to pay more....just like Matt Damon and Warren Buffet.
(AUDIO) Jane Lynch from Glee would "absolutely pay more"
(AUDIO) Chuck Woolery has a message for them.

He also wants us to be all happy because he plans to give us a few more dollars in our paychecks each week. Unfortunately, they aren't telling you the whole story on that either.

The libs are all worked up about Troy Davis' execution. I mean seven of the nine witnesses have recanted their testimony from 22 years ago. Except that there were thirty-four prosecution witnesses, not seven.

Racist Rep. Emanuel Cleaver would definitely protest if the President was white.

Congressional Black Caucus Chairman Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.) says it is fine like sweet wine for the Black Caucus to protest against the President.....as long as he isn't black.
Unhappy members of the Congressional Black Caucus “probably would be marching on the White House” if Obama were not president, according to CBC Chairman Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.).

"If [former President] Bill Clinton had been in the White House and had failed to address this problem, we probably would be marching on the White House," Cleaver told “The Miami Herald” in comments published Sunday. "There is a less-volatile reaction in the CBC because nobody wants to do anything that would empower the people who hate the president."
We wouldn't want to make sure the President is doing things that are good for the country as a whole or tell him that his policies aren't working. We wouldn't want to make sure he knows that everything he is doing is making the problem worse. Representing our constituents DEFINITELY takes a back seat to his race.

I wonder how it would have been received for Ann Coulter to say this about Ronald Reagan.......no I don't. I already know.

The Patriot Enclave-show notes: 9-15

Aerotropolis is dead.......sort of. The Senate stripped out much of the most egregious tax incentives and then sent it to the House where they will vote on the bill. Unfortunately they are also likely to put a lot of that stuff back in.
There is a lot of misinformation out there about Aerotropolis, it is very important you know the facts of the bill.

Obama's big tax and spend, but make no cuts Jobs Bill. It's just more of the same. Stimulus Jr.

(AUDIO) Have you heard about Attack Watch?

(AUDIO) Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL)doesn't think you deserve to keep all your money because it is up to the government to take what is theirs.

Former Rep. Anthony Weiners seat came up for a vote Tuesday and Republican Bob Turner took it in a 54% to 46% victory over David Weprin, the Democratic challenger. What was the DNC Chairwoman's response to this absolute flogging in New York 9?
Democratic party leaders insisted the loss wasn’t a harbinger of things to come. “It’s a very difficult district for Democrats,” said Democratic National Committee chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, noting its Democratic margins there tend to be the second lowest of all the districts in New York City.
Oops, except Democrats have held that seat since 1923.

Un.Be.Lievable.........the Solyndra mess is now being blamed on the BUSH administration by the Obama Administration. In what can only be described as a ridiculous statement, Jonathan Silver in his opening testimony today said:

Not only that, Silver says, "Solyndra submitted its initial application in 2006, and much of the extensive due diligence on the transaction was conducted between 2006 and the end of 2008."

He says that "by the time the Obama administration took office in late January 2009, the loan programs' staff had already established a goal of, and timeline for, issuing the company a conditional loan guarantee commitment in March 2009." Ultimately, the Obama administration issued the loan guarantee that March, which Silver argues, was "on the exact timeline that had been developed by the Bush administration..."

Only, NO sorry, try again:
But Rep. Cliff Stearns, R-Fla., chairman of the oversight subcommittee that is conducting the Solyndra investigation, said that there's a problem with that version of events. "In reality, on January 9, 2009 -- at the end of the Bush administration -- the DOE Credit Committee voted against offering a conditional commitment to Solyndra, saying that the deal was premature and questioning its underlying financial support," Stearns said in his opening statement. "Only after Obama took control, and the stimulus passed, was the Solyndra deal pushed through."
In fact, through the Internet way-back machine we find that there were several emails traded between the White House and the Office of Management and Budget charged with handing out the money from August of 2009 demanding they get busy and get the money handed out.

Oh look, now even the Treasury Department is in on the deal.

I wonder if it is still a problem for states to pass their own immigration laws? When Arizona did it the Department of Justice rained down on them like nobodies business. Now that Chicago has done it, I wonder how long until the Obama Administration comes down on them.......oh, well they probably won't since the law is designed to protect illegal immigrants-even those who commit felonies.

Michigan will become the first state to begin tracking children's weight.
In an attempt to combat Michigan's childhood obesity epidemic, Gov. Rick Snyder announced Wednesday that the state would begin tracking kids' body mass index through the Michigan Care Improvement Registry. Although the policy would be one of the most extensive government anti-childhood obesity efforts, pediatricians were divided over whether it would have the desired impact.

The tracking system would encourage pediatricians to calculate patients' BMI using height and weight measurements, and report these numbers to the state through the existing immunization tracking system, the Michigan Care Improvement Registry. The numbers would be reported anonymously, meaning that the child's identity would not be connected to his or her BMI in state records.

BREAKING: Grassroots WIN in Missouri "Aerotropolis" is dead on arrival

In what was a complete give away to special interest in the state of Missouri, the bill known as Aerotropolis or "China Hub" has been all but killed by Republican Senators. The Senators caucused late into the night, taking a preliminary vote, resulting in 11 Senators listening to their constituents and saying "HELL NO" to uncapped give aways and croney capitalism in our state. Thanks to the persistence of grass-roots, Tea Party and all the other patriot groups around the state it looks like Aeroptropolis will fail in the Missouri Senate this week during special session. This is a serious win against special interest and boondoggle spending. We even fought against local radio using their megaphone to push favorably for this issue. In the end the Republican Senators made the right decision and held fast to their fiscal values to the benefit of the Missouri Taxpayer.

The idea behind Aerotropolis is a good one, international trade and economic development would be great for our region. Part of the problem with this particular deal is the majority of the tax breaks contained in the bill go toward the construction costs (not actually doing business) of new warehouse space around the airport when we have over 18 million sq. ft. of unused space sitting idle right now. Because of the way the bill is designed there is one construction contractor in St. Louis that would qualify as able to build new warehouse space.
There does not seem to be any practical reason for the “100 acre” requirement
contained within the Aerotropolis tax credit bill. The requirement seems to serve only to restrict who could draw upon such tax credits, narrowing the field to a small
pool of large-scale developers.
Another issue with this project was the statement that Aerotropolis credits would not be given until the facilities were built and being used for international cargo. In fact there is no requirement of international trade only that "two forms of transportation" be used. In addition, there are only 20% and 10% international trade requirements for the majority of the tax credits. Also, there are no protections for the taxpayer that if the international trade never materializes the tax credits won't be awarded. Finally, there have already been $100 million in tax credits used or authorized in that area and $192 million more available.

Like Ballpark Village before it, the folks pushing for this legislation are pushing for millions in tax incentives for future growth and jobs that may never happened, based on shaky estimations of how much business and income will actually be generated. Taking the RCGA's word for it is what we, the taxpayer, did back in 2006 and none of that has materialized yet though millions have been given away to developers for a softball field.

There are even more issues with this bill, they have been covered extensively by the Show-Me Institute. For more information on what is wrong with this bill and why it was a supremely bad deal for St. Louis please read "Aerotropolis: A Raw Deal for Missouri"

The Patriot Enclave-show notes: 9-8

Jimmy Hoffa..........peacemaker.

ACLU in Florida suing over drug testing welfare recipients??? So it's cool to have to pass a drug test to get a j-o-b but not to sit around on your ass and do nothing? Ok-that makes total sense.

(AUDIO) Regarding those comments Jimmy Hoffa Jr. made-Obama is not the speech police for all of the Democratic Party.....YAY we can finally all agree that no one person or party is responsible for everyone else's language or statements.
Of course Keith Olbermann should be kind of mad. There was a time he thought the entire Right Wing should denounce all of the rest of the Right Wing for "violent rhetoric". It's all ok now because of course we know what Hoffa actually meant. (MORE AUDIO)
Speaking of not taking things out of context-here is the ACTUAL whole quote and surrounding context:

We like a good fight. And you know what, they got a war and they got a war with us and there’s only going to be one winner and it’s going to be the workers of Michigan and America. We’re going to win that war. All the way. But it starts with your involvement. It starts with next November. We got a bunch of people there that don’t want the president to succeed. And they’re called the tea party. The people that don’t want him to do anything right and he’s working hard for us. And president Obama is frustrated by what’s going on. Well guess what. We got the vote. And the answer what we say is, ‘we remember in November.’ We will beat the tea party and give this country back to workers and America. We can do it together. And we also gotta talk about jobs. I get so tired of these people who sit on these big corporations that send our jobs to Mexico. They send our jobs to China. And they have the audacity to say ‘where are the jobs?’ Well I got news for you It’s time to bring those jobs back to America and put America back to work. That’s what we’ve got to do.”

“We’re going to hear from President Obama in a few minutes. And I’m so glad he’s come to Michigan because this is where he sees the real America. He looks out on this army of people and you know what I say, ‘President Obama, this is your army. We are ready to march.’ And, President Obama we want one thing – jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs… That’s what we’re going to tell him. When he sees what we’re doing here he’s going to be inspired. But he needs help. And, you know what. Everybody here’s gotta vote. If we go back and keep the eye on the prize - Let’s take these sons a bitches out and give America back to America where we belong. Thank you very much.”

And now they are encouraging their members to send poop through the mail.

(AUDIO) Chris Matthews thinks you don't have a very high IQ if you like Rick Perry and he thinks Perry has appealed to your stupidity.

Some are all in a tizzy 'cause Republicans wont give a rebuttal after the Presidents speech tomorrow night.

Unreal.

Weeeeeee, Obama's new spending jobs bill will just borrow $300 billion. That's new, right?

The Patriot Enclave-show notes: 9-1

The President wants to give his New, New, New Deal speech next Wednesday.......the same date the next GOP debate is scheduled. Total accident I'm sure.......

(AUDIO) Various members of the Congressional Black Caucus are viciously and without merit, slandering the Tea Party and attempting to start a race and class riot in America.

The unions thought they could exclude the Republicans from a Labor Day parade in Wisconsin-but that didn't work out too well for them. The Mayor of the town said if there were going to be exclusions, then the union could pay for the whole parade themselves.

The police and media are trying to propagate the hoax that recording police is illegal. It is in fact NOT illegal. One man is facing up to 75 years in prison for recording the police.
Apparently Claire McCaskill's staff thinks they can tell folks you cant video at a public forum too.

San Jose Police Chief elects to put his citizens in danger rather than enforce illegal immigration laws with the help of ICE officials. Even though this program has been extremely successful, resulting in hundreds of arrests in just 5 1/2 months.
The partnership has been extremely successful in California’s third-largest city and there has been a dramatic drop in gang killings, according to a local news report that cites police data. The local-federal alliance has helped crack down on gang violence and led to the arrest of hundreds of dangerous gang members in a matter of weeks. In fact, in the first 5 ½ months of the year San Jose had 14 gang homicides but zero in the two months of Operation Community Shield. The city is the safest it has been in years.
However, because of the "open borders" crowd in that area, this successful program is being shut down.

(AUDIO) OHNOES!!!!! The 20-something basement dwellers are coming to Wall Street!!!! End corporate profits! End the making of money! End it all now!!

The National Labor Relations board proves once again it cares nothing for actual people who actually want to work.
