Broadcasting LIVE now: The Patriot Enclave with Michelle Moore

The Patriot Enclave-show notes: 6-30

(AUDIO) We have some Dream Act supporters storming the RNC office in D.C. and demanding an education that they have no right to. Interesting, can we do this at McDonald's and the bank as well?

(AUDIO) Obama makes all kinds of outrageous claims about what will happen if the debt ceiling is not raised. But wait!........didn't he include in the stimulus bill tax breaks for companies that buy cool things like corporate jets???

6th Circuit Court of Appeals holds up individual mandate as constitutional.
The plaintiff in the case, Thomas More Law Center, had argued that the mandate compels economic activity, rather than simply regulating it, and is therefore unconstitutional. The Justice Department argued that the provision does not require people to consume healthcare services — which almost everyone will — but rather governs how they pay for it.

The court agreed with the federal government.

“The activity of foregoing health insurance and attempting to cover the cost of health care needs by self-insuring is no less economic than the activity of purchasing an insurance plan,” the decision states. “Thus, the financing of health care services, and specifically the practice of self-insuring, is economic activity.”
A Huston Veterans Cemetery is banning the word GOD from military funerals.
The director of the Houston VA National Cemetery, Arleen Ocasio, has ordered the burial teams to instruct that religious references, as well as prayer, are no longer to be included as part of the burial services. Requests for messages or prayers can be formally submitted for her approval, but the mention of "God" is not allowed.

Alec Baldwin thinks Obama might be beholden to some "mighty thuggish interests"

.......I mean, apparently if you are able to raise a lot of money quickly, that is what it means. Oh, he wasn't talking about all the untraceable bank Obama raised during his campaign? Oh. My bad....

Fear Bachman bc she is raising so much money. Anyone that inarticulate and full of *&$#% who is raising money that fast..

Of course no one should be surprised, we all found out what a complete dick Alex was a couple of years ago didn't we?

Pathetic: 25 people show up at Media Matters for Bye-bye Glenn Beck party.

WTF? Is this pathetic group of basement dwellers really trying to take credit for getting Glenn Beck off Fox? That would be like me taking the credit when Obama loses in the 2012.......

Huh. I guess we shoulda had a big shin-dig when Olbermann was FIRED then.

The Patriot Enclave-show notes: 6-23

Al Gore thinks we should practice poplutation control to curb climate change. Yeah Gore, it's a shame women are so uneducated and stupid.....they just dont know how to do anything but birfin' those babbys. A little reeducation will take care of THAT now won't it!
One of the things we could do about it is to change the technologies, to put out less of this pollution, to stabilize the population, and one of the principal ways of doing that is to empower and educate girls and women. You have to have ubiquitous availability of fertility management so women can choose how many children to have, the spacing of the children. You have to lift child-survival rates so that parents feel comfortable having small families. And most important, you have to educate girls and empower women. And that's the most powerful leveraging factor, and when that happens, then the population begins to stabilize and societies begin to make better choices and more balanced choices.
(AUDIO) Chris Matthews really hates those opposing side presenting, so-called evenhanded, objective journalists telling those idiots the "other side" of climate change. Those stupid people just won't fall in line on the whole climate change thing.

Ben Bernake confused as to why the economy is still so bad.

Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke told reporters Wednesday that the central bank had been caught off guard by recent signs of deterioration in the economy. And he said the troubles could continue into next year.

"We don't have a precise read on why this slower pace of growth is persisting," Bernanke said. He said the weak housing market and problems in the banking system might be "more persistent than we thought."

In a policy statement issued at the end of a two-day meeting, the Fed blamed the worsening economic outlook in part on higher energy prices and the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, which slowed production of cars and other products.

But at a press conference afterward, the second of what the Fed says will be regular question-and-answer sessions with reporters, Bernanke conceded the economy's troubles are more puzzling and potentially more long-lasting than a pair of temporary shocks.

Poor Ben. Maybe he needs a new job.........

More 4th Amendment FUN:
The TSA is bigger and better-they're back with a vengeance and they are searching the train stations, big Rigs and private vehicles. How powerful are we going to let this organization get?
Not to worry though, they're just "inventing the wheel in advance", you know, in case they would need to use these tactics against the American Public err terrorists in the future.

The idiot Dems want to spend MORE MONEY in the face of "daunting" budget numbers released by CBO. Seriously, y'all need to remove your heads from your butts.

Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) and other Democrats said the slowing economy demands a deficit-reduction package that includes provisions to create jobs.

“We can have job creation embedded as part of the deficit-reduction package,” Schumer said after a press conference touting the message.
........
Schumer argued Republicans are focusing on the deficit at the peril of the economy, and that infrastructure spending and support for clean energy are other stimulus measures that should be considered by Congress.
The Postal Service is suspending their contributions to employees retirement plans. They are going broke. Shocked! .....me neither.

The huh? moment of the day: OJ has confessed to Oprah that he murdered his ex-wife in self defense????? Yeah, me too.........

BONUS SHOW: The Patriot Enclave-show notes: 6-17

No your eyes aren't deceiving you-we have an extra Michelle Moore Show this week! Thanks for joining us.

I know you will be shocked to hear the two trillion dollars in benefits and army of new jobs from Clean Air Act regulations that will kick in in 2014 are vaporware. That's right, all those "benefits" and awesome Green Jobs we were going to get from them were based entirely on polling individuals on how much they’d be willing to pay to reduce risks in general, mostly using estimates from studies of occupational risks unrelated to air pollution.

Obama is losing to any 'ole Republican in an election today. 44 percent of voters say they are more likely to vote for a generic Republican candidate than President Obama versus 39% that would vote for Obama.

The Senate voted to end Ethanol subsidies. This is a shocker-they got bi-partisan support AND they didnt have to pass a tax offset to get it done.

(AUDIO) Ed Shcultz doesn't like the increased tax on his small business..........wait what?

(AUDIO) Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee thinks folks bombing abortion clinics are EXACTLY the same as Islamic terrorists. Idiot.

Our very own Government is allowing guns to be illegally sold to Mexican drug members or straw-man buyers and they are doing nothing about it. Not only that but it looks as though Holder flat out lied about it. No doubt many of these guns contributed to the widely disputed claim of "90% of guns used in Mexican crimes" are from the U.S.
“Initially, top Justice Department officials denied weapons were allowed to escape into criminal networks. At the outset, the allegation described in your January 27 letter – that ATF ’sanctioned’ or otherwise knowingly allowed the sale of assault weapons to a straw purchaser who then transported them into Mexico – is false,” a Feb. 4 letter from Weich to Issa and Iowa Republican Sen. Charles Grassley said.

“ATF makes every effort to interdict weapons that have been purchased illegally and prevent their transportation to Mexico,” the letter said.
Oh look, the gun control crowd is here too:
A trio of Democratic U.S. senators called for tougher firearms laws and regulations after releasing a report that showed a large number of weapons used by Mexico drug gangs originate north of the border.

More than 70% of 29,284 firearms submitted to the U.S. Department of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives for tracing by the Mexican government during 2009 and 2010 originated in the United States, according to the report.

(AUDIO) Homeland Security Committee Chairman Peter King schools Rep. Laura Richardson on the scope and purpose of the committee.
During King’s Wednesday hearing on “The Threat of Muslim-American Radicalization in U.S. Prisons,” Democratic committee member Rep. Laura Richardson alleged that the inquiry could “be deemed as racist and as discriminatory.”
President Obama thinks ATM's are to blame for high unemployment. UPDATE: Scary ATM's have been around since the late '60's and became widely used in the '80's. Sorry Obama, try again! Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) predicted that teller jobs would grow about 6 percent from 2008 to 2016.

(AUDIO) Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz takes ownership of the economy-YAY!

President Obama wants credit for sending us into the second Great Depression

Well, that's not really what he said, but that is exactly what he is doing. Not one of his huge spending projects or bailouts have done one thing to lower unemployment or get this economy going again. Good job Mr. President. Keep it up and that headline won't be for sport much longer.

Meanwhile, at a $10,000 per plate dinner at a mansion in Miami on Monday, Obama wanted credit for pulling us out of danger.

President Obama told supporters at a fundraiser in Miami on Monday night that he deserves credit for cleaning up the mess he inherited.

“My job over these first two years has frankly been to clean up a big mess,” Mr. Obama said at a $10,000-per-ticket event at a gated mansion in Miami Beach. “We were able to make sure we yanked an economy out of what could have been a second Great Depression.”

No worries President Obama, we'll be sure you get all the credit indeed.

More on Weinergate-It was him! Oh my and is there ever some proof out there.......
(AUDIO) Poor Joan Walsh feels Oscar Meyer Weiner made her look stupid, but the offense isn't really our business.
(AUDIO) Joan also feels this whole thing was politically motivated and has nothing to do with the fact that he tweeted his weenie out to the world.
Barbara Walters seems to have a special place in her heart for Rep. Weiner
(AUDIO)On Monday she gave this excuse:
“First of all, I have my own theory about why he took that picture, if indeed he did take that picture,” Walters said. “This is my theory – this doesn’t mean that it is right. He is married to this beautiful woman, whom I know, who a lot of us know, who the chief of staff to Hillary Clinton and she travels a lot. And it may be that he took that picture and sent it to his wife to say this is how much I miss you. That’s possible.”
Walters also took the opportunity to slam Palin for NO REASON
If Sarah Palin can still ride around on her bus and be considered as a possible president, this man can override this, stay in congress
(AUDIO)Then today she gave this one:

“To get back to what you asked me earlier,” Walters said. “So, I was with some doctors last night and one of them said ‘You know, we keep saying, why did he do it?’” Walters said. “He has a lovely wife. Why is he doing it? This is not my theory. That it is a result of Viagra and what is the other one?”

“Cialis,” the various members of “The View” panel replied.

Plus I am going to moralize a little about Weinergate-be sure you don't miss it!

(AUDIO)Ann Coulter takes Joy Behar to the woodshed when Behar says the comments about violence "sounds like a Tea Party"

Did you know the head of Government Motors thinks if the price of gas were to come down, the government should impose a .50 to $1.00 tax on it to force people to buy more efficient and alternate fuel transportation? That is certainly an interesting comment.

Look out! The UN Small Arms Treaty is on the way to you. Second Amendment? What Second Amendment.

Broadcasting LIVE now: The Patriot Enclave with Michelle Moore

The Patriot Enclave-show notes: 6-2

(AUDIO) Rep. Anthony Weiner jumps from the frying pan into the boiling water over Weinergate. He cant give a straight answer and he can't say it wasn't him. What gives?
First they can't get a straight answer out of him and he calls the reporter from CNN a "jackass"
He decided to call a CNN reporter Ted Barrett a "jackass" to his face because Weiner felt that he "interrupted" him. The reporter wasn't even speaking when Weiner called him a jackass.
Then he feels remorse (or his re-election) slipping away and he apologizes. But now he can't say with "certitude" whether the photo of the crotch is him or not.
Rep. Anthony Weiner said Wednesday that he “can’t say with certitude” whether a lewd picture posted on Twitter over the weekend was not him, a comment likely to add fuel to the controversy surrounding the New York Democrat. “My system was hacked,” said Weiner in an interview with NBC’s Luke Russert. “Pictures can be manipulated. Pictures can be dropped in and inserted."

(AUDIO) Then we have some in the media wanting to give him a total pass on this.

(AUDIO) Chris Matthews has a stroke right on the air, actually defended Breitbart against Salon Editor Joan Walsh who continues to tow the liberal lying line that Brietbart deceptively edited the Shirley Sherrod video. That is totally false by the way.........

New York City is close to ending a homeless program, that, after some research, they find may have caused people to leave their homes so they could take advantage of the program. How nice. And they say that unemployment doesn't encourage more unemployment. Really.
The program, called Advantage, started in 2007 and offers subsidies for up to two years to help people in shelters afford their own apartments, provided they work or take part in job training. But several months ago, the administration warned that if the state followed through with its plan to stop its financial support, the city could not afford to maintain the program and would cut off aid even to those already participating.

After those warnings, the number of applicants to enter shelters dropped by 17 percent, evidence, the city said, that the program might have enticed some people to leave their homes for the promise of the subsidy.
He inherited the auto bailout too, but that's all good and he'll take all the credit for that. In what is being hailed as "political courage" the White House is singing the praises of President Obama for spending $60 billion to bail out the union thugs er, Big Three. Unfortunately, its hard for me to swallow the $14 billion loss we are sure to incur and the fact that they are lumping Ford in with the other two as a victory OR political courage.
Bloom noted that of the $80 billion that both the Bush and Obama administrations injected into the automakers, about $40 billion has been repaid. Bloom did not dispute figures from the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimating that more than $14 billion will not be repaid. Bloom refused to say when the government might recoup the rest of its debts from the automakers, saying only that the administration is looking to do so as early as is practical. Bloom said that there is “no joy” in someday announcing that the federal government took a loss from investing in U.S. automakers. But, Bloom said, “as we record what was lost, we need to also record what was saved.” “So while we are obviously extremely conscious of our obligation to get every penny we can for the taxpayer, we're also not going to apologize for the fact that there are literally hundreds and hundreds of thousands of Americans who are working today because of what happened,” Bloom said.

Chris Matthews may have had an on air stroke or something.

Today on "Hardball with Chris Matthews" Matthews actually defended Andrew Breitbart from the lying Ms. Joan Walsh of Salon

Sorry Joan, I saw the original video and it was in no way deceptive. It showed the orginal racism and the "saw the light" moment of Ms. Sherrod in clear and unaltered detail. You guys really need to let this go. Sherrod was damaged by the Obama Administration, not by the speech, the video, the editing or Andrew Breitbart.
