Thank you for posting about the 912 March on Washington and supporting events around the country. 3,000 in Quincy is awesome! There were 5,000 in LA. We are still getting numbers in from around the country.

As one of the 912 March organizers, it was simply amazing to see so many Americans standing there in support of America. They were not there for the VIPs and speakers. They were there to express their opposition to out of control government and their support of fiscal responsibility, constitutionally limited government, and free markets. As I looked out from the stage area to the incredibly large crowd, I knew that many in attendance could not hear or see and yet they stayed and stayed until the end of the demonstration. I made sure to mention all the other events that were happening around the country. There were over 200 other events in 45 states around the country.

Thank goodness for the Rob and Michael for organizing tcot, Eric for organizing American Liberty Alliance (formerly dontgo), and Stacy and Teri for organizing Smart Girl Politics. They laid the foundation so that we could begin hosting tea parties this year. Thank you for organizing back in the fall to help with tcot.

Thank you to everyone who attended whether in DC, at a local event, or in spirit. You, each and everyone of you, are the heart and soul of the Tea Party Movement.
